Program Guidelines and Expectations

We have established several rules and expectations to guide participants in our program.

To address behavior issues, we use the Encounter, Repair, and Transform method, which involves building trust, gathering information, identifying root causes of problematic behaviors, and tailoring corrective actions unique to each student.

We focus on encouraging positive decision-making, implementing corrective action plans, fostering positive relationships, and encouraging students to set and achieve their goals. By investing in these positive behaviors, we enhance academic and personal success in our students.
